Do you take custom/pre-orders?
I’m so sorry I’m not taking neither custom nor pre-orders at the moment. I will definitely give it a try in the future.
Do you ship to my place? How long will it take?
Yes! I offer worldwide shipping from Vietnam. It will take ~1-3 days for me to pack and drop them off at the post office. The estimated shipping time depends on where you live.
Local orders: 3 - 5 business days
International orders: 10-15 business days
The website doesn't offer shippping to my location, what should I do?
Since I manually update the shipping list, there are occasions when I might overlook some countries. Please feel free to send me a DM at @choutopia.ceramics or send me an email through choutopiaa@gmail.com
Do you accept refunds and return?
I am super careful at taking pictures of details so please take a look at them before purchasing. Flaws will be listed in the product description and the included video. I do not accept refunds or return unless my pieces arrived broken/ damaged during the shipping process.
The website is empty, how can I make an order?
